When I say that Pio has brought dance back into my life, I mean it.
But it is not the kind of dance I used to perform in my days back as a professional dancer. Haha no, definitely not 😉
This is more profound, deep and healing.
So in this workshop don’t expect exercises or routines to follow. Don’t expect to work on your turn out, tendu or plié either.
What you will do is diving into an exploration of your own dance language, guided by images and, what I would call, invitations given by Pio.
Often even with closed eyes.
It is not about beauty or shapes or dancing skills.
This is about finding yourself back in the essence of who you truly are …. Yes, you read that right …. The essence of who you truly are, by undoing yourself of layers of limitations and human concepts that are preventing you to fully shine your Light. All through the magic of conscious movement.
