My Shift session with Lucia was incredibly enlightening. I arrived with sadness, fatigue, confusion, and frustration, and left with nothing! The combination of verbal (conversation), energetic (Lucia's magic), and physical (massage) made the process complete and constructive, in my opinion. I went home with the (self)confidence and relaxation I needed. And we also had a good laugh 😉

Besides intuitive dancing, touching each other's souls, setting the intention for the new year, a cacao ceremony followed by a Sound Journey were all part of the day. But above all, the Sound Journey was so wonderful. It was so healing. I enjoyed it for a long time. Since then, I remember this day every day...

I've had a Deep Reset with Lucia several times. Whenever I felt like I wasn't flowing, I'd schedule an appointment. It's always an experience: we set an intention for our session, and I lie down on the comfortable, warm table. I feel like I'm on a journey through her energy and touch. All sorts of feelings and energies flow through and are released, and after about an hour, I land back on Earth. Refreshed, renewed, and full of new energy. It's a kind of MOT for my body and mind, which has been incredibly beneficial. I'm looking forward to my next session with Lucia. Highly recommended!

Whatever session, program or event I do with Lucia, it always feels like healing balm for my soul, for my entire being.

A workshop with Lucia isn't just any workshop. It's a journey within through dance, breath, meditation, and a wonderful Sound Journey! I've now attended two workshops with Lucia, and each one had a different theme. So wonderful and healing!

After lunch, I stretched my legs again with some intuitive dancing. This wasn't about choreography, but about releasing inner tension and following my own rhythm. It was liberating to move without judgment, in a wonderfully supportive environment. The rhythm of the carefully chosen music helped me sink ever deeper into the moment. It was fantastic!

The day ended with a Sound Journey! So wonderful! You think it'll only take fifteen minutes, but after an hour and a half, you open your eyes and wake up refreshed. WOW!

All in all, it was a very valuable workshop, especially for those looking for more connection with themselves, relaxation and inner deepening.

The combination of physical expression, conscious breathing and meditation felt like a complete inner journey.

An absolute must for anyone who wants to let go, slow down, feel and come home to themselves.

It was truly amazing, a wonderful group of people, and of course, YOU. Such a special session.
